So I saw Gridiron gang the other day. It was ok. Not too impressed. This is a movie about a bunch of kids in a detention center that starts a football team. Hmm. This sounds familiar. Kinda like a young people version of the Longest Yard. I liked the football portion of the movie, but there just wasn't enough of it. This movie was definitely not one of my better choices, but maybe thats because Jenna Jameson wsan't in it. Overall, though, I would give this movie a thumbs up still. Could have been better, but sure could have been worse.

pipe for a few and informed me on this film. I used to be a big Rock
fan and still am but not as much when you used to Smell What the
Rock was Cooking. Oh Rock was fuckin hysterical in Be Cool.

when the longest yard was originally released in britain(class film)..it was renamed mean machine....mainly because at the time a 'yard' meant our back garden and we had no understanding of american football

now a couple of years ago a british remake of mean machine was made(with vinnie jones who played juggernaut in xmen..he used to be a professional 'soccer' player for wimbledon...mad bastard on the pitch as well)..but it was soccer(football for us,LOL)not american football(football for you,LOL)

and then of course came the remake of the longest yard with adam sandler and chris rock ..and oh my god that cast is bad already...who else was in that one?

Yeah I think Longest Yard had Stonecold as well as Goldberg in it. Gridiron Gang was okay even though I think Xzibit was wasted he should have been out pimping some rides
