Just wondered how this works. Playing a lot of W@W lately and everytime I see someone glitch on castle I do two things, I report them for cheating and set it to avoid this player. I know filing a complaint dont do jack, but it makes me feel a little better. But when I click on avoid this player and go back to the pre game lobby the guy has gone. My question is when I click avoid, does he get booted? or is it just a coincidence?

Well I do the same thing, but I also send them a text message saying that they have been reported for violating the XBOX Live Code of Conduct. This way they know they got caught.

yup,i also do the same thing Mobeye,however i dont send a message to them,as there have been that many that i have reported,that if they were to give me bad vibe back,just to be spiteful. i would prolly get banned myself,as my rep isnt in great condition as it is...hopefully the xbox live 2.0 when that happens will help me out some,LOL

i have never noticed the person who i report ever leave at the end of the game...but then again i usually leave myself not wanting to play with the guy

I would love to be banned by being retaliated against, because I would call Microsoft and tell them exactly what happened and how I am trying to police the XBOX Live system, because they aren't. I would also tell them that in the future that anyone who complains that I am sending messages like that are admitting to their violation and should themselves be banned and if they just check the text messages that I send them would verify this.
