When you call MS, make sure you tell them that you want YOUR 360 back. Not some refurb. They sent me a refurb and I still have problems with it. I feel like I got someone else's problem.

If they insist they have to send a refurb, pressure them for a refund.

Respawns give you a chance to suck less.

Yeh I got a refurb and the case was scratched, I try to look after my gadgets and mine was in good condition when I sent it back (apart from the ring of death)
