i watch it every year, even though its about 2am when it starts

i would really like Peter O' Toole to win the best actor,as i like him and he has missed out on one 8 times...but i think that Forest Whitaker will get it

i am glad that there is a 30 second time limit on the speeches,i wish that was the same with the BAFTAS...some of the speeches were embarrasing to watch

so,reckon Mickey Rooney will be in the cheap seats as usual?.LOL

i wish they would get Steve Martin or Billy Crystal to host it,i think they are the best at it....this year i think its Ellen DeGeneres ...meh

I think Ellen is a great choice. I usually watch the recap on Entertainment Tonight but she makes it worth watching. I'm not a fan of Billy Crystal.

Yeah Orphan, I also think Forest Whitaker is going to win, which sucks. I hate his acting which to me seems the same in all the movies I've seen him in. And when he was on my favorite show The Shield, damn I wished his character would have been shot right away. Ellen is okay but I think Billy Crystal could have been a better choice. At least they didn't put Whoopi Goldberg, hehe.

of course you think Ellen is a great choice, your a chick

oh oh...gonna get it now

erm, skin and pogue told me to say it!!

and yeah, thank god it isnt whoopi, that guy from the daily show was okay last year

best film?

i saw the departed night before last and it was a great film right up to the last 20-25 minutes, then it just seemed to drag
[spoil:18465f0ac1]showing leo's funeral an all,it just kept going and going....it should of ended when leo found out it was matt who was the rat[/spoil:18465f0ac1]

martin scorcese has never won a directors oscar before though, which i find bizarre....i remember gangs of new york had 11 nominations but didnt win i think...and the aviator had him with best director but never won it

as morbid as it sounds i really look forward to the remembrance part, where they have 3-5 minutes of the faces who have died within the last year, because i always forget who has died.....can only think of one or two right now,but no doubt there will be loads
i wonder if anna nicole smith will be on there...she was in naked gun 33 and a third

well i dont think there was that many suprises

will ferrell was funny with his song with jack black and john c .reilly

it was good seeing that scorcese got the best director gong, francis ford coppella, george lucas and steven spielberg presented it to him

ellen, was okay.....seemed a bit jittery,i dont know if thats her style, but she did make me laugh once or twice...but i would still prefer steve martin or billy crystal

another fun highlight was when they got the little girl from little miss sunshine and will smiths kid to present 2 oscars, that was pretty funny..and cute

I think here it was on the same time as Battlestar Galactica.... so... you know which one I watched. Besides, I'm not an Ellen fan.
